ENGINEERING
Ingenium Baltic supports its clients with engineering activities, in accordance with Design Basis and Standards. Ingenium Baltic is capable of offering excessive knowledge in its fields of experience, and performing product development from Design and Analysis to Technical Documentation.
DESIGN
Ingenium Baltic knows how things work and provides mechanical, structural, hydraulic and piping related conceptual development and detail design.
Modern CAD software is used for these purposes, such as SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor.
ANALYSIS
Ingenium Baltic provides structural, mechanical, pressure and piping calculations and analysis.
FEM software provided by Ansys and Bentley (StaadPro, AutoPipe) is used in everyday work.
DOCUMENTATION
We have a clear understanding of what proper technical documentation should look like, and provide all types of it.
Drawings - arrangement, assembly and detail fabrication
Design reports - containing product design detail information
Procedures - FAT, lifting and installation
Manuals - operation manuals and maintenance guides
VISUALISATION
3dsMax by Autodesk is used for visual and animation representation of function, operation and installation sequences.

DELIVERY
In cooperation with logistics partners, we execute delivery within DAP or DDP terms.
CERTIFICATION
Certification of products and lifting appliances according to standards and requiremens.
